Position Summary

The Product Performance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and reporting on datasets that confirm our tire product's quality performance in our markets.

Responsibilities

* Leading continuous improvement and innovation projects to improve our current processes or new processes

* Exploring new data sources and incorporating our verification and maintenance responsibilities to integrate into our current system

* Routine and ad-hoc analytical reporting related to key product performance measures including warranty adjustments, claims, market performance and Voice of the Boss.

* Verifying and maintaining the integrity of the data sets to ensure the quality of reporting output.

* Creating presentations and reports to be shared with multiple levels of management across the enterprise and presenting this information

* Employ sound statistical and reporting procedures to confirm accurate data reporting

* Operates effectively as part of a team and in managing own work

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data analysis, or related field

* Experience mining, blending, or connecting large datasets

* Strong attention to detail, knowledge of database structure and systems, and the ability to work with various formats of data

* Demonstrated ability to take action, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to interact with and influence all levels and types of people.

* Working knowledge of SQL, .Net, Microsoft Access or other programming languages
