This position is based out of a partnered big-box home improvement store in Brentwood/TN
We are hiring for the following retail store locations
- Briley Parkway
- Spring Hill
- Thompson Lane/100 Oaks
No Selling Experience Needed – We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals that are open to approaching customers in order to generate appointments for company estimates. This position is based in a retail store setting.
$16.00/hour plus commissions on the quality leads you generate, paid weekly.
Weekend Flexibility is required, with preferred shifts being Thursday through Sunday
Full-Time & Part-Time positions available, with benefits for full-time employees

- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
- Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
- Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
