Job Summary:

Primary responsibility for managing sales support staff and activities to provide efficient daily operation of the sales department to company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate Department of Real Estate (DRE) processing with legal staff. Interact with management and legal staff to review, analyze and revise sales document and addenda to facilitate compliance with DRE.

* Oversee administrative activities of sales office contracts, settlements, model and landscape maintenance and data control.

* Assist supervisors and other managers with buyer contract and problem resolution.

* Assist with quarterly profit unit projections and monthly budget comparisons.

* Determine timeframes and quantity of future lot releases; control and determine number and mode of released and unsold inventory units.

* Grant extensions for payments, property closing, change of key dates, etc.

* Assist buyers with mortgage loans and works closely with title company to schedule closing and resolve any issues to facilitate closing.

* Handle all buyer and move-in problems at closing to insure maximum amount of closing.

* Greet and register prospective home buyers

* Manage booking and customer experience for overnight prospective home buyers at resort style community

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

* Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent related experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum 1 – 3 real estate and supervisory experience.

* Knowledge of formal real estate principles and guidelines, sales function, and Microsoft Office Software.

* Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, handle multiple tasks at once, and communicate and write effectively.
