MANAGER ON DUTY (Hourly)

Position Summary

The Manager on Duty is under the direction of the Operations Manager and is responsible for the assisting in supervising the entire facility staff. To ensure that all parking patrons received the highest level of customer service, taking every opportunity to assist customers with questions and directions.

Essential Duties

Perform any task assigned by the Operations Manager.

Complete incident reports needed for damage, theft, or personal injury claims.

Implement company policies and procedures consistently.

Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.

Dealing with union labor matters.

Dealing with large sums of money

Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

High School education or equivalent

Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays

Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multiple tasks and works independently.

Computer literate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance.

Must have prior cash handling experience.
