Main Objective: The Finance Project Coordinator will provide administrative, logistical and project management support for the Finance department and all of its sub-teams. This role is highly collaborative, and requires the ability to complete a variety of tasks as directed, while exhibiting initiative and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute administrative tasks and duties for Corporate Finance, including processing invoices, mail distribution, expense reports, travel arrangements, supplies and other clerical duties.

* Create and develop visual presentations.

* Reponsible for the Internal Order Process within SAP. This includes creating Internal Orders, Maintaining Internal Order Groups and Reporting.

* Update and maintain Various Master Data relating to Finance within SAP

* Perform data entry, data maintenance and other aggregation tasks as assigned.

* Provide general meeting support including planning, notices, minutes and other correspondence.

* Act as a project manager for special projects, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information

* Serve as a valuable resource to team members, providing general support, anticipating needs and troubleshooting various issues.

* Additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Degree in Business Administration or related technical field preferred

* 3+ Years experience required in Project Coordination and Advance Administrative Responsibilites

* Computer proficient, including knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook;

* Experience using ERP software preferred. SAP a Plus

* Experience using BI tools such as Cognos and TM1

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

* Proven ability to organize a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously

* Superior data-entry skills and attention to detail

* Excellent time management and project organization skills

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

* Macintosh or PC platform

* Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* General familiarity with marketing automation and social media platforms for business

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
