Position Purpose: Perform duties to establish a presence in the community and act as the health plan contact for all marketing materials. Assist with the day to day operations of the department.
Conduct random audits on the Community Outreach Coordinators regarding off-site visits, phone calls and ensure appropriate schedules are submitted, appropriate and timely.
Ensure compliance with State requirements for submissions and Community Event forms.
Create and maintain all departmental policies & procedures.
Develop, implement and maintain strategic initiatives to grow membership.
Ensure compliance with all membership initiatives with State contract requirements.
Identify and forge strong working relationships with external community organizations and internal departments.
Update and maintain the Budget, Sponsorships, State Reporting and Event Calendar databases.
Education/Experience: Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of related experience.
