Requirements for Applying

Napa Valley Unified School District has a 1.0 FTE opening at Redwood Middle School. Candidates should be credentialed in Language Arts or Social Science experience or able to differentiate teaching techniques to ensure student learning in the tutorial classes. This position includes working in teams. Experience and/or willingness to incorporate project based learning is desirable. Candidate must be familiar with or willing to learn how to analyze student performance data to improve instruction. Candidate must also be willing to collaborate with peers on common assessments and sharing and learning best practices. Candidates must hold an English Learner Authorization (ELA) or be eligible for an Emergency ELA permit while working on earning an ELA.
