Our Production Associates are the most important link between our customers and manufacturing, ensuring we produce and deliver top-notch quality products on time. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of products supporting our four different market sectors within Defense/Security/Aerospace, Healthcare/Lifesciences, and Networking Communications/Industrial/Commercial. Responsibilities include supporting the manufacturing floor to meet customer deadlines, hands-on assembly of printed circuit boards, inspecting boards for potential quality defects and other duties as assigned.

All employees must be able to lift, reach, push, pull up to 45 lbs. and use repetitive motion as required. Also able to bend, squat, stoop and kneel. You must be flexible to work overtime and various shifts as required by business demands, able to stand for 12 hour shifts and able to sit and walk for periods of time up to 12 hours.
