Position Title: Amazon Sales Support Analyst (Seattle based)

About Our Group: This role reports to the Amazon Sales Manager. This group manages Seagate's Amazon E-commerce channel including other marketplace platforms.

About the role-You Will:

  • Assist current relationship with Amazon in Seattle (preferably live in Seattle area)
  • Maintain product portfolio detail pages and updates on Amazon
  • Assist internal teams with promotion entry/debit tracking
  • You will help manage both the detail page and inventory for each product on Amazon
  • Maintenance and strategies related to our Amazon online presence, including inventory & sales analysis, content, and accuracy of online data
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Research and resolve escalated client/customer issues

Your Experience Includes:

  • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
  • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Vendor Central/ARA helpful
  • Experience in Vendor management and prior experience in discovering and evaluating Retail opportunities a plus
  • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience

Travel: up to 10%

Location: Seattle (Preferred), Cupertino, or Fremont

Currently located in Cupertino, CA, this role will move to Fremont, CA in early 2020.
