POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for transporting products (medication, blood, and other medical items as needed) between departments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

GED or High School diploma required.

Ability to read, write and follow oral and/or written instructions.

Strong customer service experience essential.

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, including staff and visitors.

Ability to adjust to changing conditions and varied workloads.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Physical demands of position include ability to stand, crouch, squat, stoop, walk, bend, lift and carry items.

2. Ability to lift 35 lbs. as a regular daily task.

3. Very frequently involves being subject to interruptions and very frequently evolving and changing work priorities.

4. Involves continuous exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity.

5. Involves occasional exposure to electrical shock, and exposure to vapor, fumes and gases.

7pm-7am rotating holidays and weekends
