Job Details for a Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift
  • Pay Range: $12-$14.50 per hour
  • Contract to Hire position

Job Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative:

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for taking customer calls, resolving warranty issues, and reviewing and placing re-orders as well as the duties listed below:

  • Communicate with other departments
  • Maintain and update all paperwork
  • Track all tech measures to confirm daily turn in

Job Requirements for a Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED a MUST
  • 2 years experience with Product Ordering Experience
  • 2 years experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
