Coordinates Vehicles and Drivers to facilitate the pick-up and drop-off of clients/customers to their designated destination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs of rental and leased vehicles.

* Coordinate and schedule transport and drivers as needed for airport runs and events.

* Updates and keeps track of all changes to transportation needs with continuous communication with travel, project managers, and additional departments.

* Maintain driver log and transportation needs board to accurately reflect pick-up and drop-off schedule requirements for each day.

* Maintain Key log and ensure that keys are signed out and signed back in upon return.

* Inspects vehicles for damage and arranges for repair by placing work request with garage.

* Maintains EZ-Pass transponders inventory through check out log book.

* Schedule and coordinate service, detail, and reservations for transportation inventory.

* Maintains fuel records for the facility. Prepares and issues fuel cards for access to facility fuel.

* Monitors level of fuel in pumps by tracking amounts pumped and reorders fuel as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Must be at least 21 years of age.

* Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record for the last 5 years.

* Must maintain a good driving record.

* Must be able to work with minimal direction, to multi-task, meet deadlines, and set priorities in keeping with supervisor's expectations.

* Must also be a quick learner, adaptable, and responsible.

* Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic, strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is based in a busy fleet environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Occasional travel may also be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
