The Buyer Assistant will support the Category Buyers with various administrative tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

* Process and confirm purchase orders

* Pricing corrections

* Verify and follow up on late purchase orders

* Set up new items

* Enter product details

* Enter pre-book orders

* Other duties as required

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; or one to three years related experience and/or training

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

* Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Ability to work independently and in a team

* Strong work ethic

* Ability to meet deadlines
