We are looking for an exceptional Head of GTM Recruiting to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely not only with all of the sales leaders at Workato, but also with our marketing, customer success, and business development leaders. This role is responsible for the creation, development, delivery, and evolution of Workato’s Go To Market Recruiting program. Our goal is to build a world class data driven recruiting function that optimizes the recruiting process and brings out the uniqueness of our company.

Responsibilities


  • Build and run a data driven approach to source all Go To Market functions at Workato.  Turning recruiting into an almost demand generation activity.




  • Take an engineering approach to recruiting and science it, instrument, and optimize data. Measure so you can tune it. 




  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles.




  • Lead creative recruiting, sourcing and outreach initiatives.




  • Own and manage the entire candidate experience.




  • Partner with and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and managers.




  • Prepare interview teams and hiring managers for interviews and effectively share information across the team.




  • Put programs in place to measure the success of our recruiting and hiring processes




  • Contribute to and continuously improve internal best practices.




  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



Requirements

Qualifications and Experience


  • 5+ years of professional experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing highly competitive roles within the technology industry.Engineering approach to instrument and tune the recruiting process




  • Proven track record of building and executing recruiting functions.  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver a great candidate experience



Skills


  • A passion for story-telling and a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way




  • Attention. You’ll have ownership over the recruiting process and candidate and hiring manager experience and measuring the success of all of it. Being detailed oriented, thorough, creative and analytical will help you be successful in this role. 




  • Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of information with a deep-understanding of what constitutes a great hiring process




  • Passion for learning about the best and most innovative recruiting productivity methods, approaches, and technologies




  • An insatiable intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. 




  • Tenacity. A big part of this role is keeping an even keel and finding the route through or around obstacles when searching for, and engaging with, the right talent for our team.
