IL Part-Time Customer Service Clerk Specialist

Overview

Location: Mt. Sterling, IL Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Service Team Leader

Your Role: Provide support to Customer Representative and Development personnel by performing a variety of clerical duties.

* Supplier match ups from our customers

* Processing customer invoice deductions and customer credits

* Enter data into customer relation software

* Various clerical type projects as assigned

* Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

* Scheduled: Part-Time Monday – Friday flexible up to 30 hours

* Team work environment

* Office type setting

Qualifications

We Need You To Have:

* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree

* Proficiency in Microsoft programs

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Organizational and planning skills

We'd Like You To Have:

* Customer service/sales work history

* Prior experience with AS400 software

* College degree
