The Boulevard Company seeks a highly motivated Executive Assistant to help with transaction coordination, marketing and daily office duties for a growing brokerage!


  • You have strong computer and internet skills
  • You are a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for being the gate keeper
  • You are efficient with strong attention to detail


  • Has a minimum of 2 years of Real Estate experience or as an executive assistant
  • Enjoys working independently
  • Proficient in using Cloud Computer Software (Google suite)
  • Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think-fast under pressure
  • Has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Can create marketing content for social media + advertising
  • Ability to create fresh, clean & concise marketing collateral
  • Possesses a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; flexible to take on a leadership role or work as part of a team


  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree a plus
