Part Time Vehicle Supply Chain Administrator

Job Purpose

Maintain and reconcile the department's subsidiary account. Assist with Vehicle Acquisitions administrative functions

Essential Functions

* Verify and posting transactions through journal entries

* Research items added to the sub

* Follow for credits due to the department

* Request approvals from supervisors and managers for journal entries and write-offs

* Performing account reconciliation monthly

Knowledge and Skills required

* Must be detail oriented

* Excellent computer skills

* Must be able to deal with complexity to resolve problems

* Effective communication skills, verbal and written

* General bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred

* ARI experience a plus
