The Organization Effectiveness Senior Consultant will design and deliver executive interventions to improve organization performance and advance the RMS strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to assist business leaders with completing organization design, change management, group process consulting, and strategic planning. This position will be expected to serve as a leading expert in Organization Development practices for the RMS Business

SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

* Consult with Senior Leaders and HR Professionals to diagnose barriers to high performance teams and implement appropriate interventions

* Design & Implement Change Management Interventions to ensure business achieves our Key Results

* Apply knowledge of Organization Design Principles to support leaders in structuring efficient and effective workflows and systems that can deliver on business goals

* Work with departments to foster our Culture of Accountability by coaching leaders to apply our Culture Management tools to their most pressing business problems

* Use the consulting process to define the requirements of a given project, develop a work plan, and enlist key partners and stakeholders to achieve the necessary results

* Consult with Senior Leaders to complete strategic planning process

* Craft communications and presentations in support of key deliverables

* Provide coaching and guidance to upskill our internal HR Community on best in class change management, consulting, and organization design methods

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the organization.

Basic Qualifications

* 10+ years designing and delivering organizational development solutions

* Experience with the principles of change management and organization design

* Experience quickly assessing organizational needs and implementing appropriate interventions

* Experience applying analytical skills and translating insights into actionable recommendations

* Experience representing key performance indicators and business drivers in recommendations

* Demonstrated effective project management, communication, consulting, problem solving and decision-making experience

* Experience serving as an organization development or organization effectiveness consultant within a large organization

* Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Desired skills

* Master's Degree in Organization Development or related area

* Leadership experience

* Understanding of the Oz Principle and Partners in Leadership Culture Change Methodology

* Prior experience with a large HR Consulting Firm

* Fully engages and understands customer needs; champion of the customer experience and facilitating process improvement.

* Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed

* Exceptional people skills & ability to influence decision making at all levels of the organization

* Proactive identification and communication of issues that may impede an initiative and the ability to use critical thinking skills to determine alternative solutions

* Ability to apply innovative approaches to existing solutions
