Contracts Administrator (Temporary)

JAGGAER is looking for a Temporary Contracts Administrator to provide support on the Legal Team, including contract administration, RFPs and other administrative responsibilities. Reports directly to the General Counsel.

Principal Responsibilities

* Drafting, reveiwing, negotiating and finalizing a variety of contracts including:

* Customer SaaS contracts (sales)

* Partner contracts

* service provider contracts

* vendor software contracts

* consulting contracts

* nondisclosure contracts

* Administering contracts, including loading contracts into a contract management repository and using digital signatures

* Providing legal support on RFP responses

Position Requirements

* 3+ years' contracts administration experience

* Results-focused, team player

* Highly responsive to requests from the business

* Excellent oral and written communication, and drafting skills

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

* Strong attention to detail

* Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative on new assignments

* Able to flourish in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
