Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 10 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

* Must possess solid experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.

* Fluent English communication skills. Solid people management experience displaying strong leadership.

* Working experience in a Regulatory (similar based) role within the Pharmaceutical industry.

* Best and current practices in instructional design and delivery models and cognitive learning principles.

* Exposure to working in a strictly monitored environment inclusive of being audited by independent external authorities.

* Experience in overseeing and interacting with multiple business units – "big business" perspective.

* Ability to lead and inspire teams to consistently delivery high performance and continual improvements.

* Strong interpersonal skills to develop close relationship with key individuals within the local and International operations.

* Ability to read and interpret comprehensive and intricate research documents.

* Ability to write scientific reports and technical correspondence.

* Ability to work with executives and communicate abstract concepts.

* Ability to present to a high level of the organization and groups outside of the organization.

* Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.

* Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
