MKC1 Production Material Handler 3rd Shift

Job Description



This position will set up and maintain material for new MkC1area.

Some International travel may be required.

Shift: 8 hr. shift model - 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm


Using a forklift, hand truck, and other machinery count and place items for storage and access. Move material around as needed, and deliver outgoing materials to the Warehouse area as necessary. Ensure line is stocked with necessary parts to meet production requirements by using Build of Material and computer software.

  • Order and stage materials for production lines to operate continuously.
  • Utilize material software systems to provide material for production and hand held scanners to track lots.
  • Understand and follow production schedule/shipment boards.
  • Interpret and use correctly Build of Materials.
  • Apply 5S principles to increase efficiency and effectiveness in assigned work area.
  • Clean station at scheduled PM and additionally as needed.

Job Requirements


Position requires forklift certification;

High School Diploma or GED;

Intermediate computer skills (SAP-DP1, E-Pull, and Windows, hand held scanners, etc.);

Demonstrated ability to proficiently operate fork trucks and hand jacks;

Ability to work in cooperation with multiple team members;

Demonstrated ability to multitask;

Demonstrated ability to perform tasks in a self directed manner;

Demonstrated ability to support a fast paced environment;

Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
