Under general supervision, perform general business reporting and functions focused on general business processes.

  • Complete assigned duties and apply knowledge of business skills to assigned tasks which include coordinating Moly, Sulfide and Cathode shipping, MESP Management – Mine Equipment Sustainable Program, contractor audits, Corestream management, monthly partnership reporting and other duties.
  • Analyze, interpret and manage shipments related to Molybdenum, Concentrate and Cathode Copper including managing inventory levels and customer shipping requirements. Recommend corrective action for timely shipments.
  • Perform analysis and reconciliation through research, analysis, reconciliation and resolution related to copper grades.
  • Participate in month end reconciliation of shipments related to metal statements.
  • Prepare management reporting information for monthly, qtrly and annual reporting to be used in Corporate reporting and regulatory agencies.
  • Administration management of systems: Blackline, Core Stream, AFE Online, Rental Process including system access, timely completion.
  • Perform other duties as required


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced excel skills


  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
