WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Ensure that all fleet vehicles maintain compliance with all policies and safety standards
  • Monitor driver eligibility in conjunction with Risk Management
  • Assist in developing and improving department goals, objectives, systems, policies and procedures
  • Perform monthly audits and monitors for trends
  • Manage driver onboarding and document distribution (Fuel cards, transfer forms etc.)
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings, committees, and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
  • Assist in identifying potential cost avoidance
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Advanced understanding of MS Excel preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet daily requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
