The Director of Golf Club Fitting is responsible for promoting the game of golf by optimizing Member's Golf Clubs to fit their swing using of state-of-the-art technology, products, real-time analysis, and modern equipment. You will engage with customers to measure their golf swing to fit and customize their equipment.


  • Engage with the customer to provide an outstanding and positive experience through club fitting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis during the fitting experience using multiple different manufacturers to assess club heads and shafts to find the perfect fit for the customer.
  • Expertly employ Trackman, SAM PuttLab, K-Vest, and multiple other state-of-the-art technology to analyze quantifiable metrics and discover the Member's wants and needs based on tangible data, shot result, and feel.
  • Provide extensive expertise and product knowledge to our Members through vendor certifications and continuing education.
  • Acute understanding of the critical role that exceeding Membership expectations and plays in the success of the operation.
  • Develop aggressive Golf revenue sales, marketing, and net revenue plans.
  • Direct successful implementations by following established Invited budgeting and revenue guidelines.
  • Club building and repair as needed.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and developing Fitting Laboratory staff


  • College degree preferred
  • PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion required
  • Proven track record of sales and club fitting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of expense control as it relates to payroll and the forecasting and budgeting of expenses
  • Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners, and Guests
  • 2+ years' Club Fitting
  • 2+ years' golf equipment sales
