Intrado is seeking Strategic Account Manager for our rapidly growing Customer Experience (CX) AI business group. We deliver unbelievable CX outcomes with expert orchestration using Intelligent Virtual Agent and digital messaging in our modern cloud native Google platform.

As the core component of our enterprise growth strategy, the Account Manager will be directly responsible for retaining and growing our existing customer base. What you Will be Doing:

  • Communicate frequently with our customers to evangelize our offering, maintain relationships, and build report
  • Responsible for identifying and closing explanation opportunities within current accounts
  • Support new products/initiatives, working closely with customer, customer success and product team
  • Act as an advisor or consultant for your customers to provide solutions that Increase their customer experience

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, SAAS solution selling sales role or account management position required
  • Proven experience identifying new sales opportunities within an existing customer base
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work remotely / independently
  • Superior relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Willingness to travel to your customers, as needed. 25%-30% travel expected
