Full-time position available for a CD Case Manager at our Monroe BH clinic. These duties include how to: be a liaison between the public and the facility, organize and provide direct counseling services to patients, provide a one-to-one or group counseling, assessment, evaluation and intakes. These services are provided to adults and their families. These clients have a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder and may also have mental health issues. Applicants are expected to subscribe to the disease concept of chemical dependency with the belief that total abstinence is required for ongoing recovery from alcoholism and other drug addiction. This position will include evening hours to run night treatment groups.
Education requirements for a CD Case Manager:
- Must have completed all the classes required to become a Chemical Dependency Professional and must have completed all the practicum hours required by the State Department of Health to become a Chemical Dependency Professional.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
