Job Description

Position Purpose

Maximize the contribution of the Mobile Operations to the K-C Professional sector and the Family Care sector by providing the overall business and financial guidance relative to the accounting function (budget, cost, capital, cash flow, insurance, financial analysis, and internal control), procurement, material flow, export, stores, and indirectly MIS functions as they affect and impact on all phases of the Mobile Operations. This role also has accountability for the operation of the Mobile Distribution Center (DC) and site logistics.

Customers and Customer Requirements:

Key customers include mill operating and management teams, mill administrative teams, Staff Finance, and Staff Supply Chain teams and administrative teams. Deputies require opportunities for continued self-development that will enhance present performance or prepare them for future advancement. Other customers expect timely and accurate analysis and planning support, forecasting, budgeting, plant and equipment management, cost reduction programs, and counsel to support sound financial and business decisions. The incumbent is also expected to support mill management in ensuring a strong facility internal control program and overall mill compliance to the code of conduct and corporate financial instructions.

Scope:

Reports to the Mobile Mill Manager and serves as a member of the Site Leadership Team. Reporting to this position are the Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Distribution, Material Flow, Export, and Mill logistics teams. The mill MIS team has an indirect reporting relationship to the Mill Controller.

This position serves as the principal liaison with the financial leadership of the Kimberly-Clark Professional sector and the Family Care sector on all finance and logistics issues that affect the Mobile Operations. The incumbent is responsible for understanding and enforcing the applicable EHS procedures and requirements for his/her area.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field

* Ten years of progressive financial analysis and management experience and/or prior relevant experience

* Knowledge of mill operations and product supply

* Strong Interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and financial analysis skills

* Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

* Strong communication skills

* Proficiency in the areas of general business practices and cost and accounting principles

* Knowledge / Experience with SAP financial systems
