Intrado is looking to hire a Manager of Client Engagement to join our Life & Safety business segment.

Essential Duties:

  • Facilitating collaboration among functional areas of the company to provide a best-in-class customer experience
  • Providing resources and direction to effectively service customers
  • Client training, reporting, presentations, and communication
  • Monitoring and effectively managing to establish KPI’s and implementing solutions for identified service trends
  • Working with the Operations Team on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, external projects, incident response, process improvement, employee training, and developing/maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Ensuring departmental compliance with system auditing, client profile updates, and other administrative duties
  • Hiring, managing, and developing employees, creating, and maintaining a motivational work environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required with major course work in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of increasingly responsible business to business customer service experience required
  • 1+ year management experience required
  • Results oriented individual able to drive priorities and own outcomes
  • Proven ability to build and grow high level customer relationships preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

  • For candidates located in Colorado, hiring range is expected to be between $55,000 - $75,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
