It is the job of the Hacienda cook to prepare all recipes and menu items to Hacienda

specifications. Other responsibilities include:

  • Store and Rotate Product
  • Handle Food Safely
  • Sidework
  • Cleaning
  • Proper Use of Equipment
  • Communicate with Service Personnel and Other Cooks
  • Loss and Waste Prevention
  • Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager
  • Do All of above Tasks in a “Guest Obsessed“ Manner!

◊ ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE OUR GUEST FEEL AT HOME AT HACIENDA

Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard kitchen procedures,

  • rganization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary.
