ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

* Provide communications support to the Project Management, Facilities Management, and Workplace Change Management teams

* Write, edit, and proofread cross functional communications to ensure desired message is properly conveyed

* Create and distribute communication templates

* Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans

* Provide presentation support (including creating and editing content) to cross functional teams

* Assist with defining web content and functionality of various intranet and SharePoint sites

* SharePoint site updates/maintenance

OTHER

* Other duties and responsibilities as needed by the firm and client including large scale event assistance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science

* Desired Field of Study: Communications, Journalism, Marketing

* 3+ years of relevant work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* Superior written and verbal communication skills

* Creative, critical thinker with the ability to generate solutions when faced with new challenges

* Strong attention to detail and highly organized

* Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment

* Able to interact with all levels of an organization including clients, senior executives, junior level associates, specialized engineers and more

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently and under short deadlines

* Customer Focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal customer, by acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, and gaining their trust and respect

* Interpersonal Savvy – relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside of the organization with diplomacy and tact

* Strong situational awareness

* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and SharePoint
