Training Specialist

Overview

As part of the Vision Critical Education Team you will deliver training to clients and staff both in person and online. You will also contribute to courseware development by acting as a subject matter expert, reviewing courseware for accuracy, relevance, and helping our Instructional Designers understand real-world use cases for the products.

What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):

* Train customers, partners, and staff on the Vision Critical Customer Intelligence platform both from a theory and application perspective in classroom and online using Webex (90% of training is conducted virtually)

* Adhere to interactive training standards and guidelines

* Assess training effectiveness

* Develop relationships with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify new training requirements

* Manage training schedules with multiple clients to ensure effective delivery of programs

* Keep your Vision Critical platform knowledge constantly up to date to deliver quality training and assist with courseware development and maintenance

* Handle custom training requests, identifying requirements and building class materials

Requirements

* Minimum one year of related training experience in a high-tech or software environment

* Familiarity with software training practices

* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts

* Proficiency using online training tools (Webex is an asset)

* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

* Strong client service skills, particularly managing expectations

* Superior communication and interpersonal skills

* Availability to occasionally travel or work outside core business hours as training requirements dictate

* Ability to function well in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
