Supervisor - Rehab

The supervisor is responsible for staff development (clinical and support staff), managing resources, and clinical leadership. In collaboration with the patients and families, the supervisor is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice for the discipline they are credentialed. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

This position is for the Supervisor of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy at the New Hope clinic, and would include overseeing Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy for children of all ages.

This position is going to be authorized for 48-80 per two week pay period (to be determined at time of hire.) It is benefit and PTO eligible.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities:

Required

Experience

* 1 year experience

License/Certification/Registration

* Active MN licensure in a field of Rehabilitation Services, Audiology, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, or Cardiac Rehabilitation

* Basic Life Support certification

Preferred

Education

* Advance degree in Rehabilitation Services, Audiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation or Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Experience

* 3-5 years' experience, leadership training
