Sleep Clinic Specialist

The Sleep Clinic Specialist has direct responsibility for all aspects of the sleep clinic and diagnostic services that are delivered and associated to Sleep Center operations. This position ensures: processes are in place to support exceptional customer experience, high quality home diagnostic equipment is available and easy for patients to understand and use at home for testing. The Sleep Clinic Specialist ensures that processes are effectively integrated into Sleep Center business and clinical operations, and that all customers have an exceptional experience.

Job Expectations:

* Develop and coordinate care protocols for sleep center patients.

* Develop, implement, and manage inventory control process in collaboration with vendors and FV support services to ensure care plans are executed appropriately.

* Maintains and tracks inventory

* Ensures patient care needs are served in a timely manner

* Effectively set-up diagnostic, therapy, equipment and deliver patient education.

* Educate patients on product information, use, and maintenance processes

* Configure diagnostic, therapy, and peripheral equipment Coordinate equipment data management and analysis

* Coordinate equipment data management and analysis

* Develop and implement processes to support patient care in alignment with comprehensive sleep health care models

* Collaborates with care team to ensure care plans are supported with timely and accurate information

* Provides timely and accurate information to providers

* Schedule services such as clinic visits, tests, procedures, and any other services the patient may require.

* Produce efficient and accurate schedules and associated reports.

* Record and update schedule changes accurately.

* Communicate changes in a timely manner.

* Room patients as needed.

* Other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:



* Associate degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent work experience.


* One year working in a clinic setting.





* Additional coursework in a healthcare related field


* 2 years in a direct patient care setting

* 2 years in a Sleep Health care setting


* Polysomnography Technician (PSGT)

* Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
