How you will bring value to Donaldson:

* Account support through interaction with Account Management/Executive team and current/prospective customers during all phases of sales cycle. This includes preparing strategic plans and annual reviews while identifying new potential opportunities for business within existing customer base.

* Achieves annual sales objectives and execution while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following processes and procedures.

* Manage customer price files, resolve any issues around overpayment/underpayment for assigned accounts.

* Obtain cost estimates from project team, write and provide quotes to customer as needed.

* Manage daily activities, opportunities, and contact lists through use of CRM.

* Maintain product and customer knowledge.

* Staying current on current and developing Donaldson product technologies that impact assigned customer base.

* Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

* Efficiently drives and leads streamline, derivative, and platform projects through APD process.

* Attend and lead project meetings, capture meeting minutes and action items for internal Donaldson and external customer teams

* Opportunity to visit customer facilities to further solidify business relationships. May include trade shows and customer open house events along with possible training of end user customers.

* Manage and monitor delivery, quality, and performance issues and reports within assigned account base.

* At least 1 years professional experience.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Administrative knowledge regarding pricing and customer fulfillment.

* Familiarity with Microsoft office products.

* Experience with Oracle systems and reports desirable.
