Senior Financial Analyst

Purpose/Scope:

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the finance business partner to the North America Service and Recon organizations within Tennant Company. The role will require strong analytical and financial modeling skills. The role will interact with peers and cross functional leaders thus requiring strong business acumen and communication skills.

General Responsibilities:

* Develop financial models and analysis while providing business insights to key stakeholders

* Create and optimize financial reporting & financial models

* Lead the development of monthly & quarterly business reporting

* Lead monthly financial forecasting and annual operating planning process for key stakeholders

* Respond to requests from business partners for analytics, metrics, & trends to drive informed decision making

* Assist as needed with analysis for pricing, financing, ROI as required

* Manage and assist with various ad hoc analysis in support of the FP&A team

Required Experience & Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance (4 year degree)

* 5 years of experience in financial analyst roles

* Advanced financial modeling & analysis skills

* Strong communication skills

* Experience with SAP, BW, and/or BPC preferred

* Advanced proficiency with Excel, experience with Macros preferred
