A Day in the Life:

To ensure proactive administrator support for schools using the TADS products; carry out the mission of Serving Schools and Families in a thoughtful, friendly, deliberate manner while setting clear expectations for system capabilities with school administrators.

In this role you'll:

  • Monitor incoming emails and respond promptly to administrator requests/questions
  • Monitor school support phone lines
  • Monitor PHP chat for administrators
  • Attend brief daily/weekly meetings with members of team to outline expectations for day
  • Communicate schools needs to Implementation Specialist (areas for improvements, trouble spots, lack of training, etc)
  • Monitor and complete adjustment requests from Admins, Implementation team and Parent Support
  • Year-round support for all schools using the above products
  • Should have knowledge of all services an administrator would need help with, but may specialize in Tuition Management/Admissions and Enrollment/or Financial Aid
  • Attend weekly team meetings as assigned
  • Suggest needed enhancements through the proper channels
  • Keep up with system enhancements of the other products supported
