It is due to your leadership that our residents receive competent care while feeling heard and respected.
You love your job, as it allows for you to impact lives in the way you had hoped when you originally went into nursing. You enjoy meeting new people every day. Under your competent direction, the nursing staff brings comfort to our residents both physically and emotionally and peace-of-mind to their loved ones.
