We are searching for a Mental Health Practitioner III. This role provides mental health services and interventions in a recovery and rehabilitation focused environment and is a leader in representing the person-centered approach with an advanced level of clinical knowledge and understanding. We support our clients in creating and realizing their individualized visions of wellness and independence. Responsibilities include:

* Developing positive relationships that support clients in meeting their goals

* Engaging clients in their mental health recovery

* Collaborating with clients to assess their needs and create treatment plans

* Providing intervention and de-escalation for clients experiencing mental health symptoms

* Documenting observable behaviors and symptoms

* Participating with residents during in-house and community activities

* Coaching residents on independent living skills and coping mechanisms

* Safely administering medications and offering coaching on medication management

Required qualifications:

* Master's Degree in a behavior science or related field

* Two years of full-time experience working with people with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders
