Marketing Specialist

  • Use Product Launch Playbook to coordinate and execute launch activities for North America Business Unit
  • Execute internal and external communications
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing Operations teams to identify process improvements
  • Participate in product photo and video shoots, including training videos
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on Demand Generation activities to support each launch
  • Work with PR agency to manage and track media placements
  • Identify and select media placement opportunities
  • Report media placement results and performance
  • Manage and track department budget and invoices
  • Assist with marketing campaigns as needed
  • Identify and coordinate creation of sales tools, such as case studies, flyers, white papers, videos, and other collateral
  • Collaborate with the broader sales, product management, training and marketing operations departments
  • Perform other duties as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree required, major in marketing or communications preferred
  • Two to three years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • B2B experience preferred
