Marketing and Events Specialist

Event Management (~70%)

Plan and execute in-person and virtual events for North America Business Unit

Partner with key stakeholders within our objective, agenda, content, and staffing

Work with marketing, sales and other departments to drive attendance to events

Identify and manage vendors to support events, and negotiate contracts

Design all booth graphics and other event collateral

Coordinate end-to-end logistics

Manage and track expenses to ensure delivery within budget

Define and manage event metrics, as well as event evaluation

Help manage the corporate brand in conjunction with others on the team

Perform other duties as needed

Sales & Marketing Support (~30%)

Curate and edit videos sourced from field sales team to ensure content consistent with company guidelines

Design and execute Quick-Turn design requests as needed, including: brochures, flyers, videos, and other marketing collateral

Collaborate with the broder sales and marketing operations departments

Perform other duties as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree required, major in marketing or communications preferred
  • Two to three years of experience
  • Experience holding large events (in-person and virtual)
  • Tech savvy with the ability to manage virtual events and technical aspects of in-person events
  • Ability to travel to events
  • Adobe CS – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required; Premier Pro (video editing) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • B2B experience preferred
