About the team. The marketing team is a highly collaborative team that works with other teams within the company and with external contractors, vendors, and partners. We work closely with our sales team to help drive leads and growth. We also work with our strategic partners to develop co-marketing plans to drive our sales. Were a small and mighty team that enjoys wearing a number of hats, effectively works independently and collaboratively, celebrates successes, and learns from our missteps.

About this role. Were looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead marketing communications strategies and plans that generate leads and strengthen LinkUps value and reputation.This candidate will have some experience with running digital campaigns and measuring results. Theyll be interested in using data to tell stories. Experience in financial technology (fintech), alternative data, or macroeconomics is desired, but not required. Curiosity and interest in the job market data and economics is a must for any candidate.

In this Role You Will

  • Report to the CMO with future opportunities for direct reports
  • Work collaboratively with your team to develop and execute omni-channel communication strategies and marketing campaigns for direct and partner sales channels
  • Create key messages that resonate with LinkUps targets and partners
  • Create, update, and manage sales support materials (i.e., pitch decks, landing pages, digital collateral, etc.)
  • Leverage our jobs data to write compelling content for newsletters, blog posts, social media, and more
  • Design and execute a lead nurture strategy that generates sales opportunities, reengages previous leads, and helps to accelerate opportunities through the pipeline
  • Monitor and measure marketing results of tactics that roll up to campaigns. Help to develop reports and presentations that speak to the effectiveness of marketing efforts and effectively communicate results to key stakeholders and executives across the organization
  • Utilize our marketing technology stack to plan, execute, and measure results, including Asana for project management, Marketo for email campaigns and analytics, Salesforce for CRM, and other systems as required
  • Elevate LinkUps digital presence, find press or media opportunities to promote LinkUp and our products, and engage with prospective customer organizations in a variety of channels

What you bring

  • 5+ years of marketing communications and campaign management experience
  • Bachelors in marketing, communications or related
  • Copywriting and editing experience
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment preferably in the fields of financial technology (fintec), capital markets, and/or alternative data
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous experience working with CRM and ESP
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be adept at building relationships, leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
  • You are flexible and while you are a strong independent contributor, you also enjoy leading team members and are very open to exploring new ideas that come from team brainstorming
  • You have an experimental mindset you like to test, learn, iterate, and optimize
