Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Owning and driving the execution of key diversity and inclusion program(s) in collaboration with team members;
  • Identifying themes/trends via regular review and data analysis / metrics for all levels (Associate - Director);
  • Providing findings to Diversity and HC team members as appropriate, and collaborating on action planning;
  • Supporting Diversity and HC team members to conduct regular data reviews and preparing reporting / analysis as needed, including preparation of key operational slides, information;
  • Providing One Firm direction based on data analysis to assist with identifying and executing consistent and impactful actions;
  • Interfacing with Diversity and HC team members to discuss metrics and support follow up conversations as needed;
  • Collaborating with Diversity and HC team members to address trends, action items, etc.;
  • Assisting in actions that engage the Diversity Partner Champion (DPC) network to help up execute on the diversity strategy;
  • Participating in regular Diversity and HC calls as appropriate; and,
  • Assisting with actions that enable diversity and inclusion actions to support the progression and advancement of diverse professionals.
