Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
This job is ON - SITE.
Shift: Shift 1
Under the direction of department leadership and according to established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, assists with onboarding of new employees, facilitates department orientation and documentation, conducts audits, and ensures that transport staff are current and up-to-date on required certifications and skill set needed to be successful in this role.
A minimum of 6 months of patient transport experience required. Experience working with large diverse groups. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent spoken and written skills. Excellent ability to build and sustain interpersonal relationships. Great organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
