Shift Details: 3p-11:30p, every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing social services and utilization review to the patient and family. Provides psychiatric evaluation of patient's presenting issues. Develops appropriate treatment planning to address patients presenting psychiatric disorder and/or psychosocial issue. Utilizes appropriate individual and group treatment approach(s). Monitors patients progress in treatment and adjust therapy accordingly. Completes all written and electronic documentation following clinic protocol and state certification requirements. Participates in regularly scheduled collaboration and consults with psychiatrists and clinic supervisor. Other duties as assigned.


A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience (completion of 3000 hours) in psychiatric inpatient or outpatient setting is required.


Master's degree in social work, counseling, educational psychology, or allied health profession from an accredited college or university is required.


Specific clinical training in psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation and assessment is required.


Current Wisconsin licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Dual credentials as a Substance Counselor (CSAC, SAC or SAC-IT) required. Clinical supervision of hours for licensure progression provided on site. CPI crisis training certification within 90-days of hire, training available on site.
