Required Experience:

Industry: 1 year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

Education: Associates or bachelors degree

Technical: Experience or exposure to working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)

Vertical: Knowledge and expertise in one or more verticals (IT, engineering, finance)
