Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

* *Promote the Fire Keeper's Club by identifying, developing, and retaining casino guests with a strong emphasis on new club membership and superior customer service.

* *Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport. Act as a customer service role model to assess, anticipate, and attend to guest needs or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

* *Effectively communicate benefits and amenities of the Fire Keeper's Club program, issue new/replacement cards, and demonstrate card usage.

* *Act as a resource to guests and team members by maintaining thorough knowledge of the facility, gaming options, special events, promotions, and other amenities.

* *Create and manage guest accounts using PH&C computer systems. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all guest data.

* *Work on the casino floor for predetermined shifts acquiring new Fire Keeper's Club memberships and creating general awareness of the Fire Keeper's Club.

* *Market PH&C promotions and assist with special promotional events, player parties, drawings, and issuance of promotional amenities.

* Issue limited complimentary services or items to casino guests within established guidelines.

* Sell, print, and issue Bingo gift certificates.

* Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

* Perform all other duties as assigned.


* A high school diploma or equivalent and previous high volume customer service and cash handling experience are required.

* Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience with data entry and/or casino management systems preferred.

* The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.

* The ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.

* The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

* While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to talk, hear, operate a personal computer, and move freely throughout the office and property. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The noise level is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases. The facility is not smoke free.
