Deposit Liquidity Product Manager

Liquidity Management is a growing, critical focus in Global Treasury Management (GTM). A number of factors, such as rate management and targeted balance generation are key components of Bank's balance sheet and fee strategy and an integral component of customers' TM purchase decision. We are looking for a seasoned financial leader to drive deposit and liquidity initiatives in support of GTM's business line objectives and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

* Ownership and management of automated GTM Investment and Loan Sweep services, core Money Market Deposit Account products, partnership with fixed income sales group to manage the SinglePoint Investment Portal, service(s) that support the bank's liquidity requirements.

* Oversees the development of short and long-term goals to meet product objectives and the implementation of appropriate long-term strategic plans and presents them to management.

* Ensures product(s) is consistent with organization and business line objectives and goals and meets product profit and growth goals.

* Identifies new product and feature needs through a combination of customer feedback, banker input, industry information, and other sources. Manages design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives. Independently manages business requirements and guides project teams in assessing impact of major issues and determining appropriate action plan.

* Manages the development of product pricing and profitability analysis and recommends pricing

* Manages the development and maintenance of competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services and to identify customer needs and trends.

* Manages on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance, profitability and contribution. Develops and executes plans to address any shortcomings, and/or takes advantage of opportunities.

* Actively maintains contacts with the sales staff and customers to keep informed of needs for new and related products.

* Collaborates on the development of marketing plans and product line objectives; including strategy and tactics; oversees the development of collateral material, advertising, promotional programs, sales training programs, operational procedures and systems requirements to ensure that sales departments are provided with appropriate sales, merchandising and administrative tools.

* Reviews strategic product and market perspectives; evaluates long term effect and anticipates changes.

* Reviews risk data related to product line(s) and ensures risks are effectively monitored and managed.

* Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinates legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.

General Qualifications:

* Works independently and with minimal guidance. Consults with and advises management on the implications of various actions.

* Proven record of successfully managing large and important projects.

* Ability to interpret complex technical concepts from several different sources in order to resolve business issues.

* Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of eight to ten years of related experience.

* Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Product/Project Management Qualifications:

* Advanced knowledge of assigned products, and comprehensive knowledge of other Treasury Management products.

* Has an excellent command of how customers use assigned products in their work. Has a complete understanding of how related Treasury Management services are used by customers.

* Strong knowledge of product/process development, pricing, financial analysis, implementation and strategic analysis.

* Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and products/services that are included in and support Treasury Management.

* Ability to read and understand highly technical materials, including legal contracts, technical specifications, business plans, and other business documents.

Marketing/Communication Qualifications:

* Demonstrated marketing and market research skills.

* Well-developed oral and written communication skills as well as strong negotiation and problem resolution skills. Strong PC skills.

* Able to effectively and articulately communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of leadership and employees, tailoring message content and delivery to specific audiences.

Financial Analysis Qualifications:

* Ability to analyze and forecast product performance.

* Ability to create detailed financial analysis to support development of new products and services with little direction.
