What's the role?

The Compliance Oversight & Review Manager is responsible for the management and technical oversight of the Compliance Oversight & Review staff, taking ownership for division/department projects and initiatives. Accountable for the achievement of division goals and objectives, including the completion of required field inspections, outside business activity reviews, and other operations. Builds and maintains relationships with key agency-level and NM corporate stakeholders, focusing on forging effective cross-functional partnerships. Oversees activities such as: field audits; assessment, evaluation, and completion of outside business activity approval; and interdepartmental and corporate projects requiring broker/dealer compliance expertise. Participates in the planning, risk assessment and monitoring of field reviews. Up to 10% travel is required.
