Your responsibilities - Oversee office and administrative tasks - Oversee employee database records
- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred - Proven knowledge of data entry - Customer service experience - Quality experience with Microsoft Office - Good understanding of employee relations - Prior assistant experience - Skills in internal communications - Hands-on experience with policies procedures - Previous experience working with HR compliance - Experience with personnel file maintenance - Earlier work involving records maintenance - Well-founded grasp of documentation - Wide ranging experience with OSHA - Occupational Sfty Health Admin - Experience with Calendar (docket) - Comprehension of new employee orientation - General familiarity with editing - HR (Human Resources) experience - Practical knowledge of email - Prior experience with training development - Excellent oral and written communications skills - Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
