Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector or equivalent experience in the public or private sector performing the following: suitable training assignments. 1.) Performs instructional systems research, development, design, implementation, evaluation and task analysis. 2) Ensures the courses are administered in accordance with the organization. 3) Plans/Coordinates for development of distance and electronic learning to support the needs of the fleet. And 4) Communicates orally and in writing.
